SUMMARY:Center for Statistical Training & Consulting Workshop: R Data and Graphics
DESCRIPTION:
 This workshop is presented by Dr. Vincent Melfi 
 of the Department of Statistics and Probability. 
 One half of this workshop will cover creation 
 and customization of a variety of graphics 
 in R. In addition to creation of standard 
 plots such as scatter plots, box plots, histograms, 
 and the like, participants will learn 
 how to use both high-level and low-level graphics 
 functions to customize and enhance plots. 
 The workshop will be structured so that both 
 those new to R and those who already use 
 R can participate. Both parts of the workshop 
 will emphasize hands-on experience with R rather 
 than lecture.\n

 The workshop will break 
 from Noon-1pm to allow time for lunch. \n\n
