 The goal of this workshop, presented by Dr. Kimberly 
 Maier of the Department of Counseling, 
 Educational Psychology, and Special Education, 
 is to "refresh" 
 your memory of basic statistics. The 
 workshop will also include opportunities for 
 hands-on analyses using SPSS. Topics covered 
 include: descriptive methods, general discussion 
 of confidence intervals and hypothesis tests, 
 test for population normality, pre/post 
 methods, and more. Examples will be drawn from 
 different disciplines such as education, business,
