SUMMARY:Center for Statistical Training Consulting Workshop: Introduction to Missing Data
DESCRIPTION:
This workshop, presented by Dr. Tenko Raykov,
Professor of Measurement and Quantitative Methods
in the College of Education, discusses
initially patterns and mechanisms of missing
data, and subsequently the flaws of traditional
methods for 'dealing' with missing data. Two
 modern, principled and state-of-the-art methods
are then focused on - maximum likelihood
(full information maximum likelihood) and multiple
 imputation. Throughout the workshop,
a number of empirical examples are used. On the
software level, the popular packages R and
Mplus are utilized on multiple occasions. Please
