 one-day forum invites special expertise to 
 talk about cross border trade and transportation 
 and specifically about Michigan as a stakeholder. 
 An open exchange among students, faculty, 
 and practitioners in the audience is 
 being chaired by the center. It is in anticipation 
 of two planned turning points in the discussion 
 &ndash; one scheduled for April 2011 
 in Michigan and another for June 2011 in Halifax,
