 Dr. Jeffrey K. Tulis, senior faculty member at 
 the University of Texas at Austin, will present 
 a public lecture entitled, "Constitutional 
 Decay and the Politics of Deference", 
 on Thursday, September 22 at 7:00 p.m. in 
 the Kellogg Center Auditorium. There is no 
 charge to attend. The lecture is sponsored by 
 James Madison College at Michigan State University 
 and cosponsored by the Symposium on Science, 
 Reason, and Modern Democracy in the Department 
 of Political Science as part of Constitution 
 Day observance at MSU.\n\n
