 - Goals/Objectives: 1. To identify pediatric 
 patients admitted with staphylococcal 
 skin and soft tissue infections (SSTI) and 
 invasive diseases and describe the relative contributions 
 of MSSA versus MRSA at Sparrow Regional 
 Children's Health Center; 2. To identify 
 local patterns of presentation and outcomes 
 for children with skin and soft tissue infections 
 and invasive disease that grew Staphylococcus 
 aureus in their wound or sterile site 
 culture.; and 3. To determine guidelines for 
 physicians caring for children regarding management 
 of Staphylococcus aureus infections 
 based on risk factors and susceptibility patterns\n
