 impact will they have on chances for renewing 
 peace negotiations with the Palestinian 
 Authority, on US-Israeli relations, and on other 
 pressing foreign policy issues? What impact 
 might they have on internal debates regarding 
 social and economic issues, such as political/economic 
 equality, the secular/religious 
 divide, and national identity? Lecture followed 
 by discussion.\n
