 Ambassador David Shinn will discuss China's arms 
 sales to Africa, support for UN peacekeeping 
 operations, growing naval activity in the 
 Western Indian Ocean and increasing threats to 
 Chinese nationals in Africa.  Ambassador Shinn 
 will suggest scenarios for dealing with terrorism, 
 security cooperation with African countries, 
 and expansion of naval activity.\n
