 a certified Pilates Instructor with Winsor 
 Stacks Classical Pilates! Discover the health 
 benefits of this fitness methodology while Mary 
 Jo guides you through exercises that highlight 
 the art within this form of movement and 
 strength training. Afterwards, enjoy food and 
 conversation with Mary Jo and other guests. 
 Event cost is per person and includes food, 
 an event take away, and Pilates instruction 
 by Mary Jo Stacks. Attendees are strongly encouraged 
 to bring their own exercise mat if they 
 plan on participating in the activity portion
