 Join the Beat! Celebrating East Asian Traditional 
 Performances Arts is a three day celebration 
 honoring east Asian culture. The first Performance 
 of this series is Rakugo. Rakugo is 
 a form of Japanese verbal entertainment. It 
 features a lone storyteller who sits on a stage, 
 using only a paper fan and a cloth as props. 
 The stories have a comedic edge which keeps 
 the audience laughing.This performance is 
 in English.\n

 There will be a reception at 6:30 
 p.m. prior to the performance at 7:00 p.m.\n\n
