DESCRIPTION:
 Dr. Robert Hughes, visiting senior scientist with 
 Amnis Opes Institute working in collaboration 
 with Dr. Dana Infante's Aquatic Landscape 
 Ecology Lab. His current research focuses on 
 biological assessments of streams, lakes and 
 rivers across large geographic extents in the 
 U.S.A., Europe, Brazil and China. Dr. Hughes 
 was a courtesy associate professor in the 
 Department of Fisheries and Wildlife at Oregon 
 State University, Fulbright Scholar and past 
 president of the American Fisheries Society. 
   Free and open to the public. Light refreshments 
 provided. \n\n
