 Nazita Lajevardi is an incoming assistant professor 
 of political science at MSU. She studies 
 political behavior, race and ethnic politics, 
 and voting rights. Currently, she is working 
 as a postdoctoral fellow at Uppsala University 
 in Sweden. An informal discussion with 
 graduate students will follow the talk, from 
 2-2:30 p.m.\n
