 	The 3rd 
 African Graduate Students Association annual 
 conference will bring together African and Africanist 
 students, staff and faculty to share 
 research and discuss ideas pertaining to Africa's 
 development. The conference has two segments. 
 The first will consist of paper/poster 
 presentations from across disciplines, showcasing 
 how and what Africans and Africanist scholars 
 are doing to transform Africa through 
 research and other activities. Building on the 
 presentations and the bigger picture, the second 
 segment will provide a conversational space 
 for group discussions, aimed at proposing 
 solutions to some of the major development 
 challenges facing Africa.\n
