SUMMARY:A 21st Century Immigration Policy for the West
DESCRIPTION:
 The LeFrak Forum and Symposium on Science, Reason 
 & Modern Democracy in the Department of Political 
 Science and the Reason Foundation present 
 a conference titled "A 21st Century Immigration 
 Policy for the West."  The organizing 
 hypothesis for this conference is that in the 
 coming decades the great "problem of immigration" 
 as we have known it will likely undergo 
 a reversal: the problem will no longer be 
 too many immigrants knocking on our doors, but 
 too few.  The conference will consider many 
 sides.  The Keynote Address, Douglas Massey, 
 Princeton University, will be at 5 p.m. Oct. 
 11, Kellogg Center Auditorium, and the conference 
 panels will take place October 12-13, Lincoln 
 Room, Kellogg Center.  For more details
