SUMMARY:Chinese for Preschoolers
DESCRIPTION:
 Our preschooler programs are open to children 
 ages 3-6 years and introduce children to the 
 target language and culture in a playful way. 
 By speaking in the target language throughout 
 the entire class, the children are immersed 
 in the language and become familiarized with 
 the sounds of the language while learning to 
 say simple phrases. The focus of the class is 
 on listening and speaking, supported by visual 
 cues.\n

 Multiple-child/-program discounts 
 are available (10%). To qualify, registrations 
 must be on the same transaction. Need-based 
 scholarships are available as well. Please 
 contact our office for more information.\n

 Classes will be cancelled if fewer than five 
 students enroll. All classes meet in Wells Hall.\n
 \n
 Chinese 
 meets on Fridays from 5-6 p.m., 
 starting Jan. 25 and running for 10 weeks through 
 April 19, 2018. There will be no class 
 meetings during MSU's Spring Break (March 4-8) 
 and area schools' Spring Breaks (March 25 
 - April 5).\n\n
