SUMMARY:Fate of the Earth Symposium 2019
DESCRIPTION:
 The Environmental Science and Policy Program has 
 been hosting the Fate of the Earth Symposium 
 since 2014, bringing together the brightest 
 environmental thinkers with policy makers, 
 activists and the general public to discuss ways 
 to tackle the most pressing environmental 
 issues of our time. This year includes panel 
 discussions on Climate Adaptation in Michigan, 
 keynote lecture from journalist Emily Holden 
 of The Guardian, workshops on everything from 
 reducing your carbon footprint to environment 
 and yoga. We will also be holding a student 
 research poster session and an environmental 
 art show. \n\n
