SUMMARY:Reach for the Sky: Tree Tower and Canopy Walk Groundbreaking Announcement
DESCRIPTION:
 This Groundbreaking Event will publicly announce 
 the Tree Tower and Canopy Walk project that 
 is set to open at Hidden Lake Gardens in 2020, 
 the 75th anniversary of Harry Fee's gift 
 of Hidden Lake Gardens to Michigan State University. 
 Invitees to this event include HLG members 
 and stakeholders, MSU officials, and local 
 civic, government, and philanthropic leaders. 
 The Tree Tower and Canopy Walk will provide 
 persons of any ability to have a complete 
 forest immersion experience.\n
 •	a 500 foot long 
 "walk" through the tree canopy some 65 feet 
 above the ground via the wheelchair friendly 
 boardwalk and suspension bridge canopy walk.\n
 •	a 
 100 foot tall "climb" up the tree tower 
 via stairs and ADA compliant elevator - the 
 only one of its kind.\n
 •	a direct connection 
 with nature to escape the stresses of everyday 
 life and to improve general health and well-being 
 naturally.\n
