DESCRIPTION:
 Dr. Teresa Mastin is a professor and chairperson 
 in the Department of Advertising and  Public 
 Relations. Mastin's primary research interests 
 include media advocacy as a public relations 
 tool, media coverage of health issues related 
 to women, and disadvantaged and/or vulnerable 
 populations, especially in regard to individuals 
 residing in struggling urban communities 
 and developing countries.\n

 Using Sustained 
 Dialogue to Address Sexual Misconduct\n
 Sustain 
 dialogue (SD) " . . . works to improve 
 community capacity to engage differences as 
 strengths while helping people move from dialogue 
 to action." This talk shares how the SD 
 process can be used to address sexual misconduct. 
 Audience members will have an opportunity 
 to participate in a SD exercise. Attendees 
 should bring one item, e.g., picture, object, 
 etc., that will help others understand her/him.\n

 the Main Gallery at the MSU Museum through March 
 2020.\n\n
