 Dr Göran Ericsson started 
 his research career at Uppsala University, 
 earning an MSc in Biology, Economy and business 
 administration 1994. He continued on to 
 the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences 
 (SLU) to earn his PhD in Animal Ecology 
 1999. SLU recruited Dr Ericsson back in 2002 
 to form his research group. He was appointed 
 a chaired professorship in Fish and Wildlife 
 Tourism 2007. Since 2011 he serves as a fully 
 tenured Professor in Wildlife Ecology. Between 
 2011 and 2017 he was an elected member of 
 the University board. From 2016 he is the Department 
 Head of Wildlife, Fish, and Environmental 
 Studies.\n\n
