SUMMARY:"L"-Evating Art
DESCRIPTION:
What do you envision when you listen to music?
What do you feel? James Brinkmann, founder of
Innovative Flutist, encourages you to put that
response on paper at this creative experience
where community members are invited to make
art in response to music. \n
 \n
 This event
is inspired by his experiences playing in Chicago's
public train stations (a.k.a. The "L")
where he invited passengers to create communal
art while they listened to classical music.
No art "skills" are required. All are welcome
to be curious, be inspired, and be creative!\n
 \n

 "L"-Evating Art is part
of the Community Open Call, an experimental platform
that invites the community to become
a central figure in the planning process for
the arts and cultural programming offered at
the MSU Broad Art Lab. Apply for the Community
 Open Call here, https://broadmuseum.msu.edu/artlab.
