 Sociology PhD alumnus Dr. William O'Hare has spent 
 more than 40 years as an applied demographer 
 and expert data analyst. For 15 years prior 
 to his retirement, he ran the KIDS COUNT 
 project at the Anne E. Casey Foundation and is 
 author of the book "The Undercount of 
 Young Children in the U.S. Decennial Census." 
 He will discuss the persistent problem 
 of undercounting children in the national census.\n
