 of our distinguished speaker series. The speakers 
 will talk about how VC funds select early- 
 and later-stage companies for investment, 
 how VCs decide on the deal structure and valuation, 
 how they grow their companies and exit 
 their investments. The panel will explain 
 how VCs raise funds from institutions such as 
 university endowments, foundations, pension 
 funds and how institutional investors invest 
 in VC funds directly, and via advisors like fund 
 of funds. Finally, we will discuss the impact 
 of COVID-19 on VC funds and VC-backed firms.
