SUMMARY:The Path to Pathology: How Pathologists Make the Diagnosis Workshop
DESCRIPTION:
 Dr. Hummel graduated from MSU in 2013 with a degree 
 in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from Biomedi-cal 
 Laboratory Diagnostics.  After completing 
 intern-ship, she worked as a medical technologist 
 at the University of Michigan before 
 starting at MSU-COM. She is a currently a 
 second year AP/CP pathology resident at Baylor 
 College of Medicine in Houston, TX.  Her professional 
 interests include global health, 
 hematopathology, and medical education. All are 
 welcome to attend to learn about the role 
 pathologists have in patient care and what it 
 is like to be a pathology resident. \n
