 Due 
 to the spread of COVID-19, the ISNET Local Organizing 
 Committee will postpone the in-person 
 conference for 2021. Virtual pre-conference 
 December 14-18 2020, updates will follow. Thank 
 you for your understanding. The Virtual 
 pre-conference will be held from December 14 
 to 18 2020; in the format of 30-40 min. talk 
 with 20-30 min. for discussions led by a panel 
 and the speaker. A few ideas for lectures are: 
 1. Bayesian Basics 2. Model Emulation 3. 
 Model Mixing 4. ML techniques for statistical 
 analysis 5. Advanced Statistics Techniques for 
 Analyzing Experimental Data 6. Resampling
