 We 
 introduce a quasisymmetric analogue of 
 Macdonald polynomials, originating from work 
 by Corteel, Mandelshtam, and Williams on multiline 
 queues. Along the way we produce a new 
 and compactified combinatorial formula for Macdonald 
 polynomials. This is joint work with 
 Corteel, Haglund, Mandelshtam, and Williams.\n\n
