 assistance program in Ukraine based on her experience 
 with 1) overseeing USAID's programming 
 to mitigate the impacts of Russia's aggression 
 in Ukraine from 2016-2020 and 2) establishing 
 USAID's democracy program in Bosnia in 
 1996 following the signing of the Dayton Peace 
 Accords.\n
