DESCRIPTION:
 Join us for our Wellness Weekends, monthly experiences 
 meant to stimulate the senses and soothe 
 the soul. This month, participate in a mindful 
 movement workshop that will culminate 
 in the creation of a "living sculpture." 
 Facilitated by performers from Happendance, 
 this experience will provide the opportunity 
 to move, converse, and interact in a low 
 pressure environment meant for all people. Find 
 meaning, joy, and connection in this program 
 inspired by themes of resilience, cooperation, 
 and creativity found in our new exhibition 
 Flint Is Family In Three Acts. \n

 With 
 locations in both Okemos and Lansing, Happendance's 
 mission is to broaden the accessibility 
 of dance to a diverse community and promote 
 dance for lifelong physical and mental fitness.\n
