Spartan Lecture Series featuring Dr. William Schmidt

ASMSU and Cogs present the Spartan Lecture Series
Featuring William Schmidt, University Distinguished Professor, co-director of the Education Policy Center and director of the Promoting Rigorous Outcomes in Mathematics and Science Education (PROM/SE) project.
Dr. Schmidt will be presenting on education in a global context.
His current work concerns issues of academic content in K- 12 schooling, teacher preparation and the effects of curriculum on academic achievement.
Doors open at 7:00 pm and the program will begin at 7:30pm.
Following the program there will be refreshments and meet and greet with William Schmidt.
