Royal Canadian Navy Lieutenant-Commander Albert Wong Reception

LCdr Albert Wong will provide valuable insight into how arctic sovereignty has become a critically important topic and how its public perception has changed over time. His address will include reference to his two decades as a strategic public affairs officer covering a broad geographic range of operations including UN Missions to the Ivory Coast, Liberia and Sudan. As a Communications expert, LCdr Wong worked with the Strategic Advisory Teams in Afghanistan. LCdr Wong was awarded the 2012 Chinese Canadian Legend Award.
