WKAR-TV launches its new weekly music series, BackStage Pass, with the Michigan band Big Willy. Recorded last spring in front of a live audience in WKAR's Studio A in the Communication Arts and Sciences building, Big Willy performs selections from their debut CD, "King Without a Crown," along with backstage interviews of band members. BackStage Pass airs Thursday nights at 10 through May on WKAR HD/23. Check cable/satellite service provider schedules for specific channel and for repeat showings. WKAR-TV is a public media service of Michigan State University.
