"Arts and Community in the Age of Obama" Bill Ivey, founding director of the Curb Center for Art, Enterprise, and Public Policy at Vanderbilt University will address arts in the 21st century. According to the speaker, engaging in "expressive life" and a broadened set of indicators of cultural vibrancy, the arts can be well positioned to flourish in an era of diminished resources and expectations.
