Did you know that all of us carry neurological "body maps" in our brain that tell us how big or small we are, how we are put together, and how we function. But when our maps don't conform with our actual bodies, we can't move easily or efficiently. This is no truer than for musicians, who require precise fine motor coordination to perform well.

Come and discover how to identify your own body map, and how to correct it for optimal performance and injury prevention.

Participants should make sure to bring their instrument and dress comfortably.
