MSU/Pediatric Grand Rounds presented by Jeri Kessenich, MD, FAAP, DeVoss Children's Hospital, Grand Rapids, Assoc. Prof., MSU Dept. of Pediatrics and Human Development. At the end of the presentation attendees will be better able to: (1) discuss the current status of childhood lead poisoning in the state of Michigan; (2) comprehend the latest research involving childhood lead poisoning and adverse developmental effects in children; and (3) understand screening requirements for children in Michigan.
