Faculty Emeriti Association Lecture
(Conferences / Seminars / Lectures) Vincent Hegarty will present a talk entitled In Search of Nutrients September 24 at 2:30 p.m. in the Radiology Auditorium. Intriguing places around the world are used as metaphors for the function, structure, etc of some key nutrients. The presentation will be a mixture of photographs (of places) and computer graphics (of nutrients). So: Sulfur and the bridge at Mostar, Bosnia; Proteins and the mosaics at the Cathedral of Monreale, Sicily; etc.
