Long ago, people explored the wonders of the sky with the help of storytellers, who enchanted them with rich, magical stories about the night sky. Today, we turn to scientists to help us explore these same mysteries. "Sky Tellers" explains why the North Star stands still and what causes shooting stars by first using Native American stories and then giving modern astronomical explanations.
