Symphony Orchestra Honors Concert
(Performing Arts (Dance, Music, Theatre, ...))
Six College of Music students, winners of the annual Honors Competition, will perform works by Bloch, Prokofiev, Bartok, Massenet, and Ibert. Being selected to perform at the Honors Concert is one of the highest performance achievements for our students.
Callum Hall, violoncello: Bloch, Schelomo (Hebrew Rhapsody) for Violoncello and Orchestra
Yaoyue Huang, piano: Prokofiev, Concerto No. 3 in C major, Op. 26, for Piano and Orchestra
Yoonah Na, violin: Bartok, Concerto No. 2 for Violin and Orchestra
Adrian Sanchez, voice: Massenet, Vision Fugitive from Herodiade
Matthew Tracy, saxophone: Ibert, Concertino da Camera for Alto Saxophone and Orchestra
