Robert Glennon, Morris K. Udall Professor of Law and Public Policy from the University of Arizona, gives a seminar on "Water Shortages and Solutions" as part of the MSU Distinguished Lecture Series on Water. Robert Glennon is the author of Unquenchable: America's Water Crisis and What To Do About It, which was published in April 2009 by Island Press. His previous books include the highly-acclaimed Water Follies: Groundwater Pumping and the Fate of America's Fresh Waters (2002).
