At the end of the activity (presentation), the participants will be better able to:

1. Understand current therapy for hemophilia
2. Review the challenges and opportunities with current therapeutic approaches
3. Understand the mechanisms that limit factor VIII expression and activity
4. Review advancements in factor VIII therapeutics through bioengineering
