3:00pm 		Take Back the Night SpeakOut! and march  (Public Programs)

Spoken Word artist Andrea Gibson will introduce the SpeakOut! for anyone affected by sexual/relationship violence to speak, and then we will march to the Capitol Building to help raise awareness of this issue.
