Dr. Cheryl Doane from the Statewide Campus system is going to give a presentation about "Making the Most of your Clerkship Rotations, Planning and Preparing for Boards, and the Residency Match."
Topics covered:
·An overview of Osteopathic Medical Education and Boards
·Tips on how best to prepare for clerkship, your 4th year of medical school, and the Match
·Information about how to locate and research desired clerkship and residency opportunities
·Suggestions for handling your elective rotations to maximize your chances of residency selection in that program, including tips directly from Program Directors
·Working knowledge about the application and Match Process for residency selection
·A Bit about the Statewide Campus System and residency opportunities in Michigan
