At the end of the activity, the participants will be better able to:
1. Describe the meaning of the three core CHM virtues of courage, humility and mercy
2. Describe the six professional responsibilities and how they are manifest at the resident physician level
3. Describe the processes required for professional growth
4. Apply CHM virtues and responsibilities to relevant cases in their own clinical practice
