At the end of the activity, the participants will be better able to:
1. Recognize the increasing prevalence and the wide spectrum of celiac disease
2. Formulate the best testing approach to detect and confirm celiac disease
3. Describe the management of newly diagnosed celiac disease and those with non-responsive disease
