Chasing the Moon: Chinese Piano Concert
(Performing Arts (Dance, Music, Theatre, ...)) MSU Community Music School piano instructor Haobing Zhu, a doctoral candidate at MSU College of Music, will perform five transcriptions from traditional Chinese music as part of the lecture recital series. Hoping to bridge the cultural gap between China and America, the audience will experience the dynamic diversity of Chinese culture through the great beauty of music.
