Addressing the Mentoring Needs of Clinician Educator Faculty

At the end of the presentation, the participants will be better able to: 1.Explain the academic challenges facing clinical educator faculty;
2.Explain literature findings of best practices for the mentoring of clinician education faculty;
3.Develop or refine a personal mentoring strategy using literature findings
