"The Mazloomi/Women of Color Quilters Network Collection at Michigan State University: Strengthening African American Studies Research and Education"
Dr. Mazloomi is an aeronautics engineer and an internationally-acclaimed author, lecturer, and historian of African American quilt studies. She is the founder of the Women of Color Quilters' Network; is the 2014 recipient of the National Endowment for the Arts' National Heritage Fellowship; and is the curator of the MSU Museum's current Earth Stories exhibition. more information...
