Summer Study Abroad Meeting for Hebrew University  (International Events (Study Abroad, ...))

This program's fee is only $200 with a Levy Scholarship!

For more information on the Levy Scholarship, see http://jsp.msu.edu/israel/levy-scholarship/ . Those who qualify will almost certainly receive a $2,500 Levy Scholarship.

In addition to the Levy Scholarship, four Slade scholarships of $1,500 are available (see http://jsp.msu.edu/israel/slade-scholarship-2/ ).

The deadline for registration online at the study abroad website is March 1, 2015. Applications for scholarships are also due March 1, 2015.

A survey of ideological, political, and social developments from the rise of the Zionist movement to the present. Fulfills IAH second-level course requirement; James Madison College students may opt to take as MC 290. (Instructor: David Mendelsson)

Jerusalem Majolica:
Intergroup Relations, Communities, and Identities in Jerusalem and the Galilee (4 credits)
Seminar and site visits to the city's and region's historical riches and meetings with members of diverse population. The course includes extensive opportunities to meet with prominent government, NGO, and journalism professionals. Fulfills ISS 300-level requirement; James Madison College students may opt to take as MC 390.
