The New Horizons Band (NHB) is for adults who want to learn to play a band instrument for the first time or who wish to relearn an instrument. The jazz band segment of the New Horizon's Band provides exciting new opportunities for those who wish to expand their musical horizons by learning jazz music.

The band provides a relaxed and fun learning environment. The group gives several performances each semester.
