Dominic Sisti, PhD, is Director of the Scattergood Program for Applied Ethics of Behavioral Health Care, Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Ethics & Health Policy and the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine.
