The purpose of the workshop is to encourage students to become more aware of behaviors that contribute to discord in campus culture and climate, find community, confront uncomfortable issues and ask the hard questions about diversity and inclusion in a safe supportive environment. This will be an interactive event with representatives addressing privilege, code switching, culture appropriation, profiling, etc.
