Giant pandas are an endangered species and conservation icon. Jianguo "Jack" Liu, the MSU Rachel Carson Chair in Sustainability, will give a talk highlight the interdisciplinary research that addresses complex dynamics between humans and the natural world. The insights from this long-term project have important implications for achieving ecological sustainability and improving human well-being worldwide.
